James Ward, CEO
Mr. Ward has more than 20 years experience of executive roles within sales/ marketing and Investor Relations departments of several national and international companies including Dunn and Bradstreet Canada, Gastown Productions, Key Colour Digital, Ikon Office Solutions, Quebecor World, echarge Corporation and HealthPricer Interactive. At these companies, Mr. Ward developed broad experience in customer and investor relations, international business development, corporate presentations and communications, brand development, and sales management.
Derek Herman, President
Mr. Herman was the founder of AzaTel Communications Inc. which started SIP VoIP development 2001. AzaTel brought the first IP Centrix VoIP terminals into the market to customers including Primus, Lingo and Entel Chile. Mr. Herman served as a director for DuPont, Switzerland and his entrepreneurial experience includes the founding of a successful South African print prepress, publishing and public relations venture. The company had many notable international brands as their client base, including UNESCO, IBM, Revlon and National Geographic.
Ivan Quan, CFO
Mr. Quan has more than 30 years experience and knowledge in auditing, accounting, corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, strategic planning and business development in various countries, namely, Canada, USA, China, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore and South Africa. For the past 20 years, Ivan has held many senior executive and management roles in telecommunication companies for both ILEC and CLEC businesses in the private and public sectors. Ivan holds a B.Comm (Honours) degree and a MBA, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Spencer Williams, CTO
Mr. Williams has 12 years of experience in the Telecom industry, most notably as a part of the team who introduced the first affordable VoIP terminal to the North American Market in the late 90’s. He has internationally implemented and managed VoIP services on a variety of platforms integrating CPE from Cisco, Linksys, Aastra, Polycom and more. Over the past two years Mr. Williams has focused on delivering business-grade SIP Services to the SMB market in Canada, including service certifications from Panasonic and Microsoft.
David Mohammad, VP Sales Eastern Region
Mr. Mohammad has over 18 years experience in the telecommunications field, having held senior roles at start-up companies such as MetroNet Communications - Canada's first CLEC, as well as senior management roles at Nortel Networks in research and development. He also heads up ventures in the alternative energy field in the areas of solar technology and serves as an advisor to the Toronto Angel Investors Society. He is a Professional Engineer practicing in the province of Ontario for the past 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in Electrical Engineering and is a member of PEO.
